Great food  is not the cultural herritage from Holland , and to tel you the truth my parents where not the best of cooks when I was a child ..

Because of traveling I started to understand that food is a lot more than keep the motor going  . In other cultures even not to far from the lowlands ..France where I did my first year of school food was more the center of live , what would bring you together and importand enough to talk about it whole day , but these memory’s are sweet but far away ..

When I made my first cookbook in Rome and Napoli things came in perspective and my interest and palet started to develop ..
